Jen Bervin

Jen Bervin is an American poet and visual artist. Her published works include Jen Bervin: Shift Rotate Reflect (University Galleries, 2022); Silk Poems (Nightboat, 2017); The Gorgeous Nothings: Emily Dickinson’s Envelope Poems, with Marta Werner and Susan Howe (New Directions, 2013); and numerous artist books published by Granary Books. Her visual art has been widely exhibited and is part of over sixty international collections including The J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles and the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. This multidisciplinary body of work focuses on the physical, visual and tactile dimensions of language, exploring the relationships between text, textiles, and material histories.
