Biography
The French writer Thomas Flahaut was born in Montbéliard, France, in 1991. He earned a degree from the Swiss Literature Institute in Biel/Bienne in 2015 and now lives between Paris and Bern. His novels, Ostwald (2017), Les nuits d’été (2020), and Camille s’en va (2024), published by Éditions de l’Olivier, follow the trajectories of resistance and reinvention in the face of societal disintegration and decline. The author of a book of poetry published by Le Castor Astral (Bleu Laguna), he also writes for the cinema and theater, and regularly performs his texts accompanied by electronic music.
